This nice home is right on the boarder of South Pasadena and Alhambra ! We have had a week to bring to you a nice sale with some great things and you will not be disappointed .

As you enter the house we have a floral sofa and love seat, mah coffee table , end tables, Victorian walnut marble top tables, pole lamps, Schafer & Sons lacquer piano, curio/bow front china cabinet .
As you go through the house we have a pair of leather overstuffed arm chairs w matching ottomans, curio cabinet, Victrola , Erte Posters and large signed litho.
In the dinning room we have a mahogany ball /claw table and 8 chairs, Oak 5 drawer 2 door buffet/server ,Carved oak sideboard ,walnut demi-lou mable top table, linens great for the holidays, silver plate , flatware, sets of dishes, Spode turkey pattern place setting for four , glass ware , crystal, punch bowl and more …
There is a room upstairs w a couple fainting couches, Art Deco Secretary , Victorian marble top dresser, Deco walnut mirror, oak highboy w beveled mirror, lane cedar chest, and a exercise bike.
Covid Guidelines
Because of social distance we are using the outside also with the same great stuff that is in the house. There is several steamer trunks, some more household items, reproduction wicker sofa, arm chairs & ottomans in great condition, granite top coffee table , singer treadle sewing machine, some furniture pieces that need a little TLC.
We have a couple out door patio sets, metal & wood, a speed queen red/white wringer washing machine and Weber BBQ and large gas BBQ
Last minute finds in the garage some nice Schwinn bikes, stik shift stingray , junior stingray , varsity 10 speed, and a beach cruiser all original and in as/is condition .
We have something for everyone and there is a lot more .. please remember to wear your mask , we have gloves , sanitizer , we follow social distance (limited people at one time ) so please be patient . We are following Covid protocol.
