OUR ESTATE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Novotny’s Estate Sale Services work under the following:
All inventory is priced at the fair market value.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
All sales are offered “as-is” and “where-is” with no warranties.
Enter the sale site at your own risk. Neither Novotny’s Antiques and Estate Sale Services nor the homeowner are responsible for accidents inside or around the property!
No prices will be given via phone or email.
Cash preferred. Other arrangement can be made per our approval.
We do not offer pre-sales.
We do not have lists or numbers, please line up outside the door. We will let people in based on their spot in line when we open the door. (Please be respectful of our client’s home)
We collect California sales tax unless you have a valid California resale license and are purchasing the items for resale. Note: Percentages collected for taxable purchases can vary based on the city the sale is being held in.
We are required by the state to verify resale numbers on-site.
Please bring your own packing material and boxes. We may or may not have any.
Our staff is unable to move large items. Please bring help when purchasing large items of furniture. We do not have staff on hand to move. We do have a Moving Company that we refer to whom you can hire for a fee .
Please notify a staff member when moving large items of furniture.
