Our client was a Prominent Attorney in the Los Angeles , Pasadena area and is happy to now be retired. Her and her patrner have traveled the world collecting American and European 18th Century furniture .

They also collected Chinese Export, Asian collectables, dishes, crystal, deor art, and so much more. Her mother also inherited a lot of 18th Century furniture and passed it down.

They all had a great eye for decorating and collecting.
Unfortunately the new owners of the home requested some piece before I even came a long.

There is still a lot of great stuff inside and out.

We worked hard to bring you all a great sale with great things so we have listed a few things but the pictures tell the story.

Furniture

Most of the funiture is 18th and 19th century and is in great to fair condition . We have a larger oak drop front secretary , glass top bookcase, Chinese Armoire, Tansu Chest, several tilt top tables, large mahogany dining table w 6 low back chairs, large drop leave table, pair of inlaid side chairs w/needlepoint seats, leather top knee hole desk, English high back/arm desk chair, mahogany game table, bronze glass top coffee table, decor side tables , small metal breakfast table , 4 black side chairs, red desk chair, dbl patform bed, side chairs, brass tea cart, newer wicker day bed, Crate & Barrel sofa, mahogany chinese chippendale buffet w/ granite top and a lot more.

Accessories & Collectibles :

We have a selection of Asian, Mid-Century and English lamps, all kinds of dishes, pottery, glass, decorative statuary, misc pots, Asian mask and puppets, Pair of Asian Foo Dogs, several large decor screens, Asian export /import ware. different types of collectibles from the early days and more for you too enjoy.

Art & Rugs :

There is a couple early o/c younger woman and younger child, signed lithos, wood blocks, h/p silks, early botanicals, bird prints, butterflies, reverse painting on glass, early o/b boat scene, large handmade canvas scene( Possibly Egyptian ) a lot of decor fun art . Large beaded French Victorian Memorial wall hanging, Victorian style dress on a Iron stand. Hollywood Regency style mirror There are some rugs in the rooms condition varies.

Cannot forget the Books .. come see what we have ..

Ourside we have several pieces os statuary, Iron bench, yard art, pots and some plants.

Please note the only garden items for sale are in the back yard .
